Our transformation team are looking to for a Business Transformation Analyst to join and support our CCO teams on Business Change Management
What you will do?
- Provide preparatory analysis of simple business change initiatives and support analysis of complex change initiatives taking a holistic approach across people, process and system, leading to more effective and efficient engagement with business functions
- Provide supplementary project management alongside IT project managers to support cross functional aspects of large change through the organisation
- Support implementation of strategic and business change initiatives across the organisation using project management, business analysis and business change skills
- Establish key interface into Trading IT (GPD, LNG & PM) for prioritization, sponsorship and implementation
- Provide deal lifecycle expertise
- Supports other CCO teams on Business Change Management
- Supports Business development with business cases by providing initial high-level analysis
- The individual may also be required to carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of this role as requested by their line manager and in-line with business needs

- Able to cope with ambiguity and business change
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
