What you will do?

  • Provide preparatory analysis of simple business change initiatives and support analysis of complex change initiatives taking a holistic approach across people, process and system, leading to more effective and efficient engagement with business functions
  • Provide supplementary project management alongside IT project managers to support cross functional aspects of large change through the organisation
  • Support implementation of strategic and business change initiatives across the organisation using project management, business analysis and business change skills
  • Establish key interface into Trading IT (GPD, LNG & PM) for prioritization, sponsorship and implementation
  • Provide deal lifecycle expertise
  • Supports other CCO teams on Business Change Management
  • Supports Business development with business cases by providing initial high-level analysis
  • The individual may also be required to carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of this role as requested by their line manager and in-line with business needs

  • Able to cope with ambiguity and business change
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
