What you will do
You will provide a high level of contract management, ensure our customers are set up correctly and obtain and process documentation accurately and efficiently.
Some of the key tasks involved in this include:
- Meeting deadlines to ensure all SEFE Energy contracts for both new customers and renewing customers are processed correctly and efficiently, making sure that all documentation is present and correct.
- Obtaining and coordinating the return of pivotal customer information in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our billing department.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to assist the wider business
- Prioritising all incoming customer contact effectively whilst meeting SLA deadlines. This includes but is not limited to responding to emails and answering phone calls
- Assist other departments across the business by ensuring an efficient flow of information between Operations, Sales and Finance teams.
- Ensuring that all new SEFE Energy customers are provided with the correct documentation in a timely manner.
What you will bring
You will be proficient in MS Office and have solid experience in a customer focussed environment.
In addition, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Teamwork – SEFE Energy prides itself on its people. Working with others within and across departments is essential.
- Time Management – working efficiently, meeting tight deadlines, managing high volume workflows, and ensuring that team targets are always met whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.

- Customer Focus – demonstrable ability to build strong customer relationships, prioritise customers’ needs and ensure that an industry leading service is provided.
- Communication – this role involves both inbound and outbound methods of communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to ensure a faultless customer journey
- Collaboration and teamwork – develops and maintains positive, co-operative working relationships with peers, team members and other colleagues
Experience working in a UK energy company would be a significant advantage
