What you will do?
- Oversee, steer, and ensure decision making for all transformation programmes for the CSO, leveraging relationships, business acumen and internal consulting expertise to enhance programme value.
- Assess strategic needs within the CEO’s domain and beyond, identify gaps in the transformation portfolio and develop projects from ideation to business case.
- Secure the readiness for privatisation (market model’s future-readiness) and further develop the transformation programmes along our strategic guard rails with focus on business development and business model optimisation in Sales.
- Challenge initiatives and projects and push the organisation forward in a diplomatic way, yet ensuring to maximise value contribution.
- Bear the responsibility for risk identification and mitigation and manage issues impeding programme progress.
- Innovate and leverage the transformation programmes within the CSO area, or projects delivered by the CSO area, towards green energy transformation and digitalization.
- Co-create and drive implementation of Sales IT Solutions into Sales organisation fostering the joint business model and leveraging synergies across the sales organisation.
- Set up and scope well-rounded transformation programmes regarding budget, personnel and technology assets for efficient programme execution.
- Define work package to bring together business processes and culture across different sales organisations.
- Moderate with high empathy on topics relating to FTE reduction and yet with a strong focus on target achievement, support
What you’ll bring to the role?
- Build and nurture relationships from and to the C-level to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Prioritise projects alongside corporate as well as business strategic objectives, manage the respective stakeholders and implement prioritisation in the CSO area.
- Lead programme delivery with clarity, consistency and clear communication on all project and programme parameters and
- Organise across ONE SEFE diverse transformation teams and key stakeholders for effective and efficient collaboration.
- Implement of advanced tools and methodologies, for instance AI, to enhance efficiency and innovation in programme management
- Foster collaborative relationships across the organisation to enable effective delivery of initiatives. Act as role-model for future work culture in the sense of agile leadership
- Ensure multidisciplinary requirements are met, emphasizing seamless integration along our joint business model and Sales / Retail value chains.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for C-Suite, Leadership Team, senior management, and relevant stakeholders and present those wherever needed
- Performance authority related to the tasks.
- Responsibility for action within the scope of tasks.
- Independent handling of larger analyses, project tasks and subject specific topics
