We are looking for someone to join our Business Services team within SEFE Marketing & Trading, the team is responsible for delivering a first-class service at reception
What you will do?
- First point of contact for visitors to the business.
- Maintain relevant management information using spreadsheets, logs and databases as required
- General administrative and clerical support to staff and managers
- Preparing and resetting the client meeting rooms in between meetings.
- Organise external and internal meetings on request
- Assisting with meeting room bookings when appropriate, including liaising with building reception, IT, other company offices and catering companies.
- Processing incoming post
- Liaise with a variety of companies/stakeholders/offices when requested in accordance with the department’s priorities
- Assistance with internal events
- Schedule and maintain appointments
- Undertake such other duties that are required and are commensurate with a role
The role holder may also be required to carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of this role as requested by their line manager and in line with business needs.
What you’ll bring to the role?
The successful candidate will be responsible for offering assistance to Office Services Manager and Facilities coordinator with a variety of admin tasks both ad-hoc and project related as well as the wider business.
