The IT Services Manager for HR Domain is responsible for leading and managing both internal and external resources within the IT team supporting HR function, including overseeing the IT application portfolio, with responsibilities ranging from business analysis, solution design, testing, ongoing support, to financial management of IT systems owned by the team.

 

What You Will Do
In addition to technical management, the position requires taking proactive measures in areas such as recruitment, retention, inspiration, motivation, coaching, and performance management of the analysts within the team. This multi-faceted role extends to designing the IT strategy for functional, technical, and business changes in the HR domain, involving close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management experience is essential, ensuring alignment of functional requirements in HR domain across all locations of the SEFE Group and establishing an agreed project and application portfolio for the IT Services and HR Solutions department.

Coordinating the planning and management of all changes, support activities, and resources within
IT Services and HR Solutions Department is paramount for the efficient execution of agreed projects and initiatives. Collaboration with Capability Owners for Architecture, Business Analysis, Development, Quality Assurance, and other IT teams is integral to ensuring compliance with standards and processes.

The role requires particular attention to handling sensitive data. This includes ensuring compliance of IT applications in HR domain with Information Security and Data Protection requirements.

Lastly, the position involves executing ad-hoc and directed tasks assigned by the SVP of Enterprise Solutions, contributing to the dynamic and evolving landscape of the IT Services and HR Solutions team.

 

What You Will Bring
You will possess a degree in information technology or possess equivalent practical experience.

Hands-on experience in developing, testing, and delivering changes in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and SAP SuccessFactors solutions is essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate significant experience in developing, testing, and delivering changes in non-SAP applications in the HR area, including interfaces for HR data transfer.

You’ll also have a deep functional knowledge of HR processes within international organisations, covering personnel and organisational management, payroll, learning and development, performance management, recruiting, etc.

The candidate should demonstrate practical experience in implementing global processes and solutions within their area of responsibility, familiar with both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.

While not mandatory, experience in trading/integrated supply would be an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, are crucial for success in this role.

The ability to understand business issues, gather requirements for IT systems, and collaborate with internal and external business and IT partners is essential. The candidate should be effective both as part of a team and when working independently with limited supervision. The capability to meet tight deadlines and negotiate in a pressurised environment is highly valued.

Finally, the candidate must be business fluent in English to effectively fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
