We are looking for someone to join us in the role of Industry Operations Analyst to support with the day-to-day management and administration of our metering assets.

​Role objectives

The Industry Operations Analyst will ensure that all activity with providers involved in the provision, installation, operation and maintenance of metering, SMART metering and AMR assets in the regulated retail gas market are actioned to industry standards

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the processing of both industry and internal file flows and emails relating to Metering and Transfers
  • Identify and facilitate the installation of smart meters and/or automated meter read devices within SEFE Energy’s supply portfolio
  • Efficiently manage internal and external queries via email and phone calls
  • Liaise with third parties involved in meter/asset installations to ensure a successful install
  • Work closely with third party providers to ensure the SEFE Energy metering portfolio is accurate and up to date
  • Facilitate all SEFE Energy supply registrations within designated timescales
  • Assist other departments across the business by ensuring an efficient flow of information between Operations, Sales and Finance teams.
  • Process all outbound registration requests in adherence with industry guidelines.
  • Maintain and develop high levels of customer service in support of SEFE Operational and Sales functions.
  • Manage data exceptions within internal systems to a high degree of accuracy
  • To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Group/Company Data Protection policy, Equal Opportunities policy, and the Email and Internet Acceptable Usage Policy, in addition to Fire and Health and Safety Regulations.

Experience

  • Previous Experience in Gas and Power metering preferred but not essential
