An exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Risk professional to develop and lead Enterprise Risk processes across two entities and manage a team across multiple European sites.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

This role is crucial to the way we identify, monitor, control and mitigate risk. Some of the key tasks involved include:

  • Overseeing and enhancing Operational Incident Reporting process through subsequent analysis of the root causes and the follow-up on the agreed actions
  • Developing recommendations for operational risk mitigation actions based on the incident analysis
  • Presenting the results of the Enterprise Risk analysis to Senior Management
  • Maintaining SEFE Group Business Continuity Programme for Sales business
  • Risk representation in IT and Enterprise transformation projects
  • Supporting Crisis Management activities and coordination across the business
  • Coordinating Operational Readiness (OPREAD) signoffs for new products and markets for Sales business and within Risk and Middle Office Department
  • Supporting internal and external audit processes related to Sales business
  • Supporting of operating plan for Enterprise and Operational Risk function.
  • Developing and training of the Operational Risk team
  • Authority for signoffs on Sales OPREADs
  • Authority to close Operational Incident Reports
  • Staff recruitment and performance evaluations authority
  • Process responsibility for operational risk incident reporting, enterprise risk and business continuity processes.

 

What you will bring:

  • Experience working in Enterprise and Operational Risk
  • Internal audit skills and experience
  • Solid team and people management skills, able to coach, support and develop others
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Proven stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Confident presentations skills
  • Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and insightful manner
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of the energy commodity market and energy sales business
