This includes managing all business communications and ensuring post-release environment availability. Additionally, you will contribute to the team’s knowledge management repository, ensuring that operational, application support handover, and process documents are kept up to date.

Collaboration with third-party vendors to support end-to-end application operations will be part of your role, along with leading more complex tasks compared to non-senior roles. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our application support function and ensuring the seamless functioning of critical business applications.
