You will manage your own portfolio by building relationships with new and existing brokers, to maximise sales and work with internal stakeholders to provide first in class customer service.
This role is offered as a fixed term contract for 12 months.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop sales through efficient issuing of pricing and contracts
- Build strong, successful, and long-term relationships with new and existing partners and brokers to maximize sales
- Negotiate prices to maximize growth and profit levels
- Communicate with Brokers and customers in a timely manner to ensure feedback is provided on all issued prices
- Drive and achieve required targets
- Manage and maintain your own portfolio
- Support the Sales Teams to expand the Gas & Power portfolio
- Work with internal stakeholders to provide first in class customer service
- Develop our reputation for customer service and product flexibility
- To be willing to represent and promote the SEFE brand both internally and externally
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Excellent understanding of account management
- Proven experience working in a sales or customer focussed role
- Ability to cope with multiple priorities and changing environment
- Effective organisation skills
- Concern for accuracy, able meet tight deadlines and process large quantities of data quickly and accurately
- Creative thinking, finding new ways to improve performance and results
- Experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent English both written and verbal
