Your missions

Reporting to the Collection Manager, you will be responsible for the management of unpaid accounts receivable and participate in the follow-up of disputes.

  • Process transactions provided by the Group’s accounts receivable department in England and ensure quality control
  • Analyze unpaid invoices
  • Supporting customers in their understanding of invoices
  • Follow up with customers
  • Ensure the sending of account statements, search for payments, request for matching / de-lettering
  • Retrieve the receivables backlog and process it
  • Assist the Collection Manager in the follow-up of disputes and litigation files
  • Meeting with sales and internal departments to resolve issues encountered
  • Provide timely recommendations to management for customer disputes
  • Reduce risk by ensuring that issues with customers are properly recorded and communicated to the team and different departments


What you’ll bring:

  • Diligent and precise, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive in achieving results
  • Excellent communication skills and diplomatic approach
  • Significant experience in accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience in accounts receivable or customer service
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legal framework (highly desirable)
  • Business English (spoken)
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
