What will you do?

Our Change of Tenancy Team support the entire customer journey from the initial submission of change of tenancy through to supporting debt management.

As Technical Support Analyst you will take ownership of queries between direct and indirect customers and colleagues, asking questions, finding the detail and information needed to investigate scenarios and reach satisfactory solutions quickly and efficiently.

Whilst managing and resolving queries efficiently is core to the role, you will also focus on prevention by improving cross team processes and reporting to pro-actively reduce our exposure to the risks associated to change of tenancies.

Some of the key activities include:

  • Supporting the administration of change of tenancies
  • Investigating complex queries to reduce debt, getting customers onto supply contracts, or removed from our portfolio
  • Sharing accurate data with internal teams to support potential meter removals and debt recovery
  • Ensuring data integrity in the system, identifying process improvements and work with relevant teams to execute and implement
  • Work with management on system development and process improvements
  • Work closely with account managers to manage deemed related queries on our largest customer accounts
  • Validate technical queries for other departments which have arisen from deemed customers to mitigate risks for the business

  • Solid organisation and time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Results driven with a proactive approach to problem solving and confident using own initiative
  • Flexible approach to getting things done, comfortable with multiple priorities and changing environment
  • Great attention to detail and a concern for accuracy
  • Competent to use Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

 

Knowledge of the UK Energy Industry and its operations across both power and gas- particularly around billing, reads and industry performance would be an advantage
